OUR TEACHING METHOD

 

We follow the most advanced teaching methods based both on the communicative approach and the European Framework of Reference for Teaching Languages, as stated in the Instituto Cervantes guidelines.

A highly qualified teaching staff, high-quality level classes, weekly quizzes and quality control by the students are some of the pillars on which AIP Language Institute bases its work in order to keep the interest and daily effort of our students.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

AIP Language Institute’s principal objective is to offer its students the best possible quality of teaching and courses in order to achieve excellence.  This is achieved by having an Academic Department where the Directors of Studies coordinate a broad team of teachers, all of whom have University degrees in the teaching of Spanish, and specialize in specific areas of the teaching of our language.  
The quality of our classes is guaranteed by the continuous selection and creation of new materials, teacher support, class observation, etc.

CUSTOMISATION, THE BASIS OF OUR METHOD

At AIP Language Institute we know that one of the fundamental ways to enable a student to learn a language effectively is customisation.  Each of the student’s individual requirements will be continuously monitored by a mentor throughout the week, which will include a weekly individual interview and progress report.

LEARNING CENTRE

As well as your classes, you will also have the opportunity for self-study in the Learning Centre.  You will be entitled to (at least) two hours of tutoring per week with one of the school’s teachers in this area.  You can also find material here which can be used to put into practice your written comprehension (using exercises and graduated reading books), your oral comprehension (using exercises on CDs), and your written language (using self-marked exercises).  You will also have access to grammar and vocabulary books (all of which contain graduated self-marked exercises), dictionaries, worksheets with answer sheets, etc.
