A. Starting Point. Earliest registration is highly recommended.
.- Ask us for further information. AIP Languages has created a restricted
area for participants in our web page where you can consult further
information about the program and also about the school (activities
organized, location maps, pictures,..). There you will find also the
Participant's Handbook with detailed information in English and Spanish.
It will help you travelling to Spain, and it has information about meals,
budget, climate, safety, etc. Read it carefully and keep it during your
stay.
B. Required documents.
Once you decide to participate, you may submit the required documents
to our local agent or to AIP: 1.- Your Resume in Spanish (include a
passport photo). Previous studies or work experience has to be sufficiently
related to the desired area of work in which the internship should take
place.
2.- A Motivation or Cover Letter in Spanish describing the type and
duration of the internship desired. It is important to be flexible realistic
and honest as this will facilitate our search for a placement.
3.- The AIP Enrolment forms and the application conditions accepted.
You will find the Enrolment form and samples of the motivation letter
and resume in Spanish in the restricted area for participants in our
web site.
C. Analysing your documents.
Once received, AIP will analyse your documents very carefully to evaluate
them before accepting your participation in the internship program.
AIP will analyse and take into account your expectations and possibilities
in order to find an internship that suits your needs and interests.
Finally AIP will contact you to inform you about your definitive acceptance
in the program.
D. The confirmation.
It takes from 2 to 4 weeks since AIP receives all the necessary documents.
AIP will provide you a full description of your internship in the specified
host company. In the event that our internship coordinators cannot find
a position for your requirements, AIP will offer you an alternative.
This is the moment to transfer a deposit of 150 €. This fee is required
in order to confirm your interest on the internship offered. The final
payment will be made the first day of lessons once you arrive in Valencia.
