Introductory Spanish Cooking Course in Valencia

The course is dedicated to teaching you how to cook Spanish dishes, in an easy and practical way, using recipes for daily dishes that are suitable for everyone. Creamy rice, mushroom cream, rabbit with garlic, potato omelette, hake stew, fideuà, paella, desserts… These are just a few examples of the different dishes you will learn to cook in this course.

Advanced Spanish Cooking Course in Valencia

In the advanced course you will learn how to cook more complex dishes. You will learn to use different methods of cooking and to combine all kinds of flavours (sweet, salty, oriental, traditional) that extends the knowledge you already have, discovering amazing flavours and new techniques. Salmon foam, cannelloni Rossini, Mousaka, foie gras, beef Wellington, and amazing desserts are only a small selection of the dishes that you’ll learn to prepare in this course.
