A. Required documents

An early registration is highly recommended!

Once you have decided to participate in our program, you have to submit the required documents.

We remind you that you have to pay a €75 deposit to start the search for an internship. The first payment can be made via our registration form and will be deducted from the final payment to be made on the day of your arrival in Valencia.

B. Analyzing your documents

Once we have received all of your documents by email, we will analyze and evaluate them very carefully before accepting you for the internship program. AIP will analyze and take into account your expectations and our possibilities in order to find an internship that suits your needs and interests. We will also test your Spanish in order to certify that the selected duration of your Spanish lessons in our spanish school in Valencia corresponds with the level you must reach before starting your internship. Finally we will contact you to inform you about your final acceptance in the program. This process will take no more than 48 hours after AIP has received all necessary documents.

C. The confirmation

It takes aproximately two to three weeks for AIP to confirm the company where you will be doing an internship. AIP will provide you with a short description of your internship tasks at the specified host company. Then, if you wish, you can directly contact the company to confirm your acceptance, ask questions or express doubts.

If you accept the company and position offered, you must pay the remaing fee the first day of your lessons at our Spanish school in Valencia.
