I was in Valencia for 7 weeks. The first 4 weeks I stayed in an apartment of AIP in Benimaclet, a neighborhood between the center and the beach Malvarrosa. The school that I visited the first week was only at a 5 minute walk. The people are very friendly and the groups are small (between the 4 to 8 students), the equipment is perfect and the activities offered are very interesting. During the last three weeks I lived in a host family who helped me to improve my Spanish. The second week I started working in a hotel in the center as receptionist. I really liked the work and the people were very friendly, they helped me a lot. Being in Valencia has been a unique experience that I would like to do again.

My stay in Valencia was really great and I would like to go back as soon as possible. The city is very nice and the entire organization works very well. I liked the internship, although sometimes I did not have much to do, however I suppose it was because of the language barrier. But they took good care of me and I learned many things. Two months was not enough for me, the time went by so quickly! But, I have greatly improved my Spanish. Valencia is the perfect choice: good weather, city, beach and a great nightlife!

During my study I had to do an internship abroad, so I decided to go to Spain because I wanted to learn another language besides English. The 4 week Spanish course at the beginning helped me a lot, although at first I thought I did not need it. The school equipment is modern and new and the activities they offer are perfect for Valencia. When I started my internship my Spanish was so good I could easily communicate with my teammates. The internship was very interesting, especially the fact that I was working in a different country. Conclusion, my time in Valencia has been a unique experience .
