📝 Note: At AIP Language Institute, we value transparency and mutual respect. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, professional, and rewarding collaboration for both parties. Please read them carefully before submitting your request.
1. Purpose
This agreement establishes a non-binding collaboration between AIP Language Institute and the influencer/content creator, for the purpose of promoting our Spanish language and cultural immersion programs in Valencia.
2. Deliverables
The influencer agrees to create and publish the following content during or after their stay in Valencia:
Minimum of 1 Instagram post + 3 Stories tagging @aiplanguageinstitute
Optional: 1 TikTok video or YouTube vlog
Any additional content discussed and approved in writing
Use the hashtags: #AIPLanguageInstitute #AIPValencia
3. Rights and Usage
All content shared under this collaboration may be used by AIP Language Institute for:
Social media posts and stories
Website and blog publications
Promotional materials (flyers, newsletters, ads)
4. Timeline and Communication
The influencer agrees to communicate arrival dates and collaborate on setting publication timelines. Content should be posted within 15 days after the experience unless agreed otherwise.
5. Sponsorship and Benefits
AIP Language Institute will offer free or discounted services as detailed in the collaboration proposal. This may include:
Free language course (1 or 2 weeks)
Optional accommodation support
Access to cultural activities
6. Termination
Either party may withdraw from the collaboration before the trip starts with prior written notice. No legal obligation or penalty will apply unless specific services have been rendered.
7. Consent and Data Use
By submitting the Social Media Collaboration Request form, the influencer agrees to the use of personal data for the purposes of this collaboration, in accordance with our privacy policy.
